Each player may hold only one active pkzz account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

Players accessing pkzz from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your real name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any additional details requested during identity verification. You must update your information promptly if it changes. pkzz reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) pkzz account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — will be closed. Any winnings accrued through a duplicate account may be voided and any balance forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkzz login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. pkzz will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pkzz immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
pkzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be requested to submit copies of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method at any time — particularly before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pkzz reserves the right to apply an administration fee of up to PKR 500 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by the registered contact method before any fees are applied.
pkzz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods may vary and pkzz reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the player has selected an alternative currency during account setup. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are borne by the player.
The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. pkzz reserves the right to apply additional withdrawal limits for responsible gaming purposes or pending verification.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pkzz aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–3 business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending verification.
You are solely responsible for providing correct payment account details when requesting a withdrawal. pkzz will not be liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account number provided by the player. Recovery of misdirected funds may not be possible and pkzz accepts no responsibility for such losses.
All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers awarded by pkzz are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions, which are stated at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
pkzz reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk; or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play.
pkzz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a qualifying promotion will have their existing terms honoured, subject to the conditions in Section 11 (Amendments).
All sports bets placed on pkzz are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant event and market. Results are settled in accordance with official governing body results. pkzz reserves the right to void bets where errors in odds are identified, where a market is suspended, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
Casino game outcomes on pkzz are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer action in real time. All game decisions are final once the round has completed. pkzz will not reverse settled game results except in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction confirmed by the relevant game provider.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkzz and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of all balances:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses due to technical interruptions, server downtime, network failures, or third-party payment processing delays. pkzz's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
pkzz makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. You access pkzz at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring your own device security.
pkzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact method on file or through a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of pkzz following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkzz is incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against pkzz.
